You can cancel your reservation at any time from the "My routes" section of your profile. Please note that, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Use, the refund of what you paid at the time of booking will depend on the time at which you make the cancellation:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, you will be refunded the full amount paid to the driver. However, the reservation fee will be retained.
• If you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, or less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, you will be reimbursed only half of the contribution paid to the driver. The other half will be paid to the driver to compensate for the loss of earnings due to your cancellation. The reservation fee will also be retained.
