Am I responsible for luggage as a driver?
As a driver, you are naturally responsible for everything in your vehicle. In case of doubt or suspicion, you have the right to ask your passengers to open their luggage and check it.
In the same way, your passengers can ask to check your vehicle's insurance or driver's license.
However, should you encounter any problems with the authorities during the journey, it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible.
